North Ayrshire Libraries are committed to encouraging a love of reading through reader development by providing the local adult community with: excellent book collections in all branch libraries; the opportunity to participate in adult book groups; regular author visits and other book-related events; promotion and participation in national initiatives e.g. National Year of Reading 2008.
